Amy Pacanowski
Director of Human Resources
Amy Pacanowski is the Director of Human Resources at the Commonwealth Foundation.
Amy is a certified HR professional with over 15 years working in various nonprofits, including the American Bible Society. Starting in early 2022, she brings her expertise in talent acquisition, benefits, performance management, and training to help keep everyone on track here at the Commonwealth Foundation.
Amy, originally from New England, holds a BS in nonprofit management from the University of Massachusetts. Later, after making Pennsylvania her home, she earned her master’s in HR development at Villanova University.
She and her husband have lived in Chester County for over 20 years. Having successfully raised and homeschooled three grown children, Amy’s thrilled to work for an organization dedicated to putting the power of education into the hands of parents.
In her free time, you may find Amy at the nearest yoga studio, hiking with her border collie, antiquing, or on her way to see another national park with her family.
