Zina DeJesus is an Executive Assistant at the Commonwealth Foundation. She is responsible for serving the entire finance group by keeping them focused and helping them prioritize and plan effectively.

Zina is a highly motivated professional with fifteen years of experience supporting executives and fundraisers in fast moving environments. Before joining the Commonwealth Foundation in 2021, Zina served as the executive assistant to the Senior Vice President of Ministry Impact at the American Bible Society.

Zina previously worked in fundraising administration at ABS and as an EA in two other Philadelphia-area nonprofits.

In her spare time, she enjoys attending her son’s soccer games, leading women’s bible study groups, and hosting family dinners. She is a leader in her church and lives in Northeast Philadelphia with her husband Rey and their three children.
