Coverage of the new Pennsylvania minimum wage and its impact on local businesses in the Carlisle Sentinel and the News Item. While local businesses feel the pinch and may have to lay off some workers or raise prices, the Department of Labor and Industry sticks to their talking point that there will be no adverse impact, only roses.
