Pennsylvania Cyber Students Thrive—No Thanks to Governor Shapiro

As an elementary student, Luke Downs struggled to read.  

“I would cry when I read,” says Luke. “And [my school] didn’t really do anything to help me.” He chokes up while recounting his childhood struggles with his reading disability.  

Now, Luke, an 18-year-old resident in Somerton, devours books.
