Josh Kaib

Senior Director of Marketing and Communications

Josh Kaib is the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at the Commonwealth Foundation.

Prior to joining the Commonwealth Foundation, Josh was a senior director at the Philanthropy Roundtable in charge of the marketing and communications team. He also has served as the deputy director of digital at Stand Together, where he led the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaign strategies. While at Stand Together, Josh, in addition, supported many of its related organizations, including Americans for Prosperity, Concerned Veterans for America, the Charles Koch Foundation, the LIBRE Initiative, and yes. every kid. His career start was managing content for the Franklin News Foundation. Josh specializes in campaign strategy, digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude from American University with bachelor’s degrees in both Business Administration and Public Communication. He is also a graduate of the Koch Associate Program and an alumnus of State Policy Network’s Generation Liberty Fellowship. He lives in Virginia with his family.
