Merrill Matthews in the Wall Street Journal on John Shadegg’s Congressional proposal to allow individuals to purchase health insurance from any state. He uses the example of New Jersey compared with Pennsylvania in costs of insurance, which works for New Jersey residents, though I found lower-cost insurance for me, using an Ohio zip code.
