Lawmakers have priorities confused

This Letter to the Editor at The REPUBLICAN & Herald succinctly nails what’s wrong with Harrisburg. We need more such letters in newspapers across Pennsylvania. Actually, we need more citizens regularly communicating this message to their elected officials!
