Is the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission a secret cult?
Peter Samuel of Toll Roads News seems to think so, as he struggles in his quest to get information about the Commission, and why Governor Rendell tolerates people he appoints (nominally at least) lobbying against his lease proposal.
