Taxing Wind?

Here is one tax proposal I am stunned Gov. Rendell has yet to copy – Wyoming Governor Freudenthal
has proposed a tax on wind power.

Of course, it would fly in the face of Gov. Rendell’s economic philosophy to tax businesses that are growing on their own to subsidize those that spend more time lobbying than creating jobs.
