Gov. Josh Shapiro is the only governor in America operating without an enacted or temporary state budget. 

But you wouldn’t know it from his recent media appearances. 

This Sunday, he went on Meet the Press to talk about his disdain for President Donald Trump, the Jimmy Kimmel situation, former Vice President Kamala Harris’s new book (in which she implies Shapiro is a narcissist), and his intentions to run for president in 2028.
