Josh is a Policy Analyst at the Commonwealth Foundation.
He focuses on energy policy and regulatory reform in Pennsylvania. His work examines how government decisions affect electricity reliability, consumer costs, and the markets that serve Pennsylvania families and businesses.
Josh graduated from Grove City College in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and minors in mathematics and religious studies. He first joined the Commonwealth Foundation as an intern in 2021. Before returning to the Commonwealth Foundation, he served as a communications and legislative specialist in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, managing constituent communications and legislative requests for offices in Butler and Lawrence counties.
Originally from Butler County, Josh enjoys playing saxophone, cooking, and hiking.
