Pietra Jamison

Director of Financial Operations and Mission Support

Pietra Jamison is the Director of Financial Operations and Mission Support at the Commonwealth Foundation.

Pietra earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in strategic leadership—both from Elizabethtown College. She brings more than 18 years of experience driving executive operations, advancing strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional efforts across higher education, manufacturing, and financial services environments. She has a proven ability to translate strategy into execution, streamline operations, and support leadership in making informed, high-impact decisions.

Before joining the Commonwealth Foundation, Pietra held senior executive support roles, closely partnering with institutional leadership to advance strategic priorities, improve operational effectiveness, and manage complex initiatives. She also supported international clinical affairs programs and initiatives that collaborated with nonprofit organizations, broadening her experience across global and mission-driven environments.

Pietra lives in York, Pennsylvania, with her daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, shopping, reading, and spending time with her family.
